The Inflatable Booth

Our inflatable booth is a unique and stylish option for your event. At 8x8x8' you can fit up to 10 guests inside for the ultimate picture taking experience!

This booth is quick to set up and looks great with its tufted walls. Our red carpet and velvet stanchion additions make this a classy choice for any event. This booth works great indoors or outdoors!

The Classic Booth

The classic privacy enclosure is the most popular photo booth style on the market. At 5x5x7' we can pack up to 8 guests inside while still being able to fit the booth into tighter spaces.

This booth sets up quickly and gives your event an elegant feel with its black outer walls and red curtain inner walls. The enclosed space allows for perfect pictures every time despite what external lighting conditions may occur and the privacy allows your guests to take fun pictures!

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have that aren't answered below!

What are your space and power requirements?

Our inflatable enclosure requires an area at least 8ft x 8ft with a roof clearance of 8ft. The ideal setup would allow at least 10ft x 10ft for adequate operating room. Our tent enclosure requires slightly less space at 6ft x 6ft with a roof clearance of 8ft. We require a space that is sheltered from the elements and at least 15ft away from a power outlet.

Does your booth offer Black & White and Color prints?

Yes! We offer a customized touchscreen with both B&W and color options! We also have a live view so you can see what your photos will look like before they are taken.

Why should I choose Valley Forge Photobooths?

We know that there are many options for photobooth rentals, so you have a choice when it comes to selecting who to go with. When you choose us, you are supporting a local, family owned business. Unlike the many franchised rental companies, you can know that your event will be ran by the owners themselves and not an outsourced attendant. We offer a variety of high value, low cost packages and use top of the line equipment.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured up to $1 million. Many venues require insurance before vendors can step foot inside the door, so you can rest assured knowing we have that all taken care of!

How long does it take to set up? When will you arrive?

Setup takes between 30-45 minutes depending on the type of booth being used at your event. We typically like to arrive at least an hour early, but are flexible to any event or venue requirements.

Do photos print out on the spot?

Yes! By the time you are finishing up your session, photos are being printed outside of the booth. Photos will also be available in our online gallery.

How is the photo quality?

We use professional DSLR cameras and dye sublimation printers and our staff is highly trained in tweaking the settings to give you the best quality images and prints. Don't settle for photo booth companies that use webcams to take your shots!

Do you service my area?

We service a 100 miles radius around 19403. There is a mileage charge of $1/mile for distance over 30 miles from us.

We are a non-profit, can you work with our budget?

We are very invested in our local community and support a variety of charities and non-profit organizations. We would love to work with your organization! Please contact us and we can work out something that fits your budget and organization.

When should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability and give enough time to get the details right. We can however accomodate any event with as little as a few days notice as long as the time is not already booked. Please keep in mind that weekends days are the most popular to book and spring, summer and fall are the most popular seasons. Please check our calendar for availability.

Where we service

We service up to a 90 mile radius of 19403. This includes Most of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey and parts of New York and Maryland. Though most of our events are catered to the Philadelphia and surrounding area, we are always willing to travel to our customers!
Events outside of a 30 mile radius will have a travel surcharge added to the quote.
